Our approach to accessibility reflects our values and supports equitable access to information and services.

3. Accessibility Practices

FCHC aims to incorporate accessibility considerations by:

  • Using clear, plain language wherever possible
  • Structuring digital content with appropriate headings and readable layouts
  • Considering colour contrast, font readability, and navigation clarity
  • Including alternative text for images where appropriate
  • Designing content to support keyboard navigation and screen readers
  • Making reasonable efforts to reduce barriers in forms and documents

Where accessibility barriers are identified, we seek to address them in a timely and reasonable manner.

4. Continuous Improvement and Known Limitations

FCHC recognizes that accessibility is an ongoing process.

Some limitations may exist, such as:

  • Older or legacy documents that are not fully accessible
