We're Here to Help
Reaching out for help takes courage. Our compassionate team is here to support you or your loved one with confidential, respectful care. Please select the option below that best describes your situation to get started.
A Step-by-Step Guide to our Treatment Process
At Forest City Healing Centre, we keep the admissions process clear and straightforward so you can understand what support may look like for you or someone you care about. Every conversation is private, pressure-free, and focused on providing the clarity you need to make an informed decision. Here’s how the process works:
STEP 1: Initial Contact & Reach Out
Complete an admissions or referral form for yourself or someone you’re supporting. Families, clinicians, and referral partners are welcome to contact us on behalf of a man in need.
Once you’re in touch, we’ll schedule a confidential, no-obligation conversation with an admissions coordinator. This is an opportunity to ask questions, check availability, discuss readiness, and learn what early recovery and the 28-day program involve — as well as how to prepare. There is no pressure to commit; this conversation is simply a first step to explore your options and gather information.

STEP 2: Screening and Preparation
If you wish to proceed, we complete a confidential readiness screening to ensure the program is safe and appropriate. This includes confirming medical stability, substance-free status prior to arrival, and the ability to participate in daily programming.
Because Forest City Healing Centre is not a detox or withdrawal management facility, any required medical support must be completed before admission. We also provide clear guidance on what to expect, how to prepare, and what to bring.

STEP 3: Begin the 28-Day Residential Program
If the program is a good fit, guests prepare for arrival and begin the 28-day men’s residential recovery program at Forest City Healing Centre. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by staff, oriented to the space, and supported as they settle into a structured, trauma-informed routine focused on emotional safety, learning, and connection.
Daily programming includes group engagement, reflective practices, learning sessions, and opportunities for individual guidance from clinicians and team members with lived experience.

STEP 4: Lifetime Aftercare & Alumni Connection
Support does not end on Day 28. All guests are welcomed into Lifetime Aftercare, which includes continued connection through digital resources and may include recovery groups, online support, and regular check-ins.
Aftercare and alumni connection help men stay grounded, supported, and connected as they transition back into daily life and continue their recovery journey.
