Forest City Healing Centre values collaborative relationships with referral partners across Ontario. We recognize that residential recovery is often one step within a broader continuum of care, and we work closely with community agencies to support safe, well-coordinated transitions.

Our admissions team is available to support referral partners by:

• Discussing program fit and readiness for a structured residential environment
• Coordinating admission timing and transitions from community or withdrawal management services
• Clarifying expectations prior to arrival
• Supporting continuity of care between services

Clear, timely communication helps ensure individuals arrive prepared, supported, and positioned to engage meaningfully in the program.

Forest City Healing Centre is a non-medical, abstinence-focused residential recovery program for adults (18+). Admissions decisions are based on safety, stability, and readiness to participate in daily programming and community living. When questions arise regarding appropriateness or next steps, our team is available to consult and collaborate with referral partners.
